We offer several officiant services from which to choose. Our officiants will provide you with professional & personable service in helping make your wedding ceremony a unique and memorable event!
A non-refundable deposit which is deducted from the total package cost is required to retain your Outer Banks wedding officiant. The remainder of the fee is due two weeks prior to your wedding ceremony date. The deposit can be paid online, via phone, or with a check (address provided upon request). Once you have paid the deposit fee, please promptly complete the wedding information form which will be e-mailed to you from Dr. Clarke. You will then be contacted by your assigned Outer Banks Wedding Officiant within 48 hours.
Travel Fees
$75 - (Duck, Corolla, Hatteras Island)
$150 - (Corova - 4 wheel access areas)
$200 - (Ocracoke Island)
OUTER BANKS OFFICIANT PACKAGES
SILVER PACKAGE - $300
The Silver Package is for the couple planning a wedding ceremony without a rehearsal. The Silver package includes: choice of ceremony type (Traditional, Spiritual, or Civil), phone and e-mail consultations, travel time to and from the site location, officiant services for the wedding ceremony and return of the marriage license. A rehearsal is NOT included with this package. Couples are invited to write their own vows or use vows provided. A $125 deposit is required to retain services with the final $175 due two weeks prior to the wedding date.
GOLD PACKAGE - $550
The Gold package is for the couple planning a wedding with a rehearsal requiring officiant services. The Gold Package includes: choice of ceremony type (Traditional, Spiritual, or Civil), phone and e-mail consultations, travel time to and from the site location, officiant services for the rehearsal and wedding ceremony, and return of the marriage license. Couples are invited to write their own vows or use vows provided. The Gold package distinguishes itself from the Silver package in that it includes a rehearsal. A $200 deposit is required to retain services with the final $300 due two weeks prior to the wedding date.
VOW RENEWAL PACKAGE - $300
Package includes two phone consultations, e-mail correspondences, and the renewal ceremony at your desired location. A $125 deposit is required to retain services with the final $175 due two weeks prior to the wedding date.
